T\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme<\/h3><p>K\u00ebto terma dhe kushte zbatohen p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimin e aplikacionit Payback, t\u00eb ofruar nga Tilemork AS, num\u00ebr organizate 933 854 965, me nj\u00eb adres\u00eb t\u00eb regjistruar n\u00eb Tilemork AS, Pb. 24, 3119 T\u00f8nsberg, Norvegji.<\/p><p>K\u00ebto kushte jan\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me udh\u00ebzimet e vendosura nga Apple App Store dhe Google Play Store dhe zbatohen p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdoruesit q\u00eb shkarkojn\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrdorin aplikacionin.<\/p><p>Payback ndihmon p\u00ebrdoruesit n\u00eb vler\u00ebsimin n\u00ebse ata kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb p\u00ebr kompensim n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me legjislacionin e m\u00ebposht\u00ebm:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Rregullorja e BE-s\u00eb (KE) Nr. 261\/2004 <\/strong>p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat e pasagjer\u00ebve ajror, duke mbuluar vonesat, anulimet dhe refuzimin e hipjes.<\/li><li><strong>Rregullorja e BE-s\u00eb (BE) Nr. 1371\/2007 <\/strong>p\u00ebr pasagjer\u00ebt hekurudhor<\/li><li><strong>Rregullorja e BE-s\u00eb (BE) Nr. 181\/2011 <\/strong>p\u00ebr pasagjer\u00ebt e autobusit dhe autobusit<\/li><li><strong>Konventa e Montrealit 1999 (MC99) <\/strong>p\u00ebr kompensim n\u00eb lidhje me bagazhet e humbura, t\u00eb vonuara ose t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuara gjat\u00eb udh\u00ebtimit ajror.<\/li><li><strong>Direktiva 2005\/29\/KE mbi praktikat e padrejta tregtare <\/strong>dhe <strong>Direktiva 2011\/83\/BE mbi t\u00eb drejtat e konsumatorit<\/strong>: Garantimi i t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb pasagjer\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u00eb paraqitur pretendime duke p\u00ebrdorur metoda t\u00eb aksesueshme, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb emailin ose post\u00ebn tradicionale.<\/li><\/ul><h3>2. P\u00ebrdorimi i Aplikacionit<\/h3><p>Payback \u00ebsht\u00eb i disponuesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdoruesit n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha vendet ku \u00ebsht\u00eb nisur aplikacioni. Kufizimet e mosh\u00ebs mund t\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb midis vendeve:<\/p><ul><li>N\u00eb shumic\u00ebn e vendeve t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb, mosha minimale \u00ebsht\u00eb 16 vje\u00e7, por n\u00eb disa vende, si p.sh <strong>Austria, Gjermania dhe Italia<\/strong>, p\u00ebrdoruesit n\u00ebn 18 vje\u00e7 mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00eblqimin e prind\u00ebrve ose t\u00eb kujdestarit.<\/li><li>P\u00ebrdoruesit inkurajohen t\u00eb njihen me rregulloret lokale t\u00eb kufizimit t\u00eb mosh\u00ebs n\u00eb vendin e tyre t\u00eb banimit.<\/li><\/ul><h3>3. Abonimi dhe pagesa<\/h3><p><strong>3.1. Kushtet e Abonimit<\/strong><\/p><p>Sh\u00ebrbimet ofrohen si abonim me tarifa t\u00eb rregullta p\u00ebrmes Google Pay ose Apple Pay. Abonimi rinovohet automatikisht n\u00ebse p\u00ebrdoruesi nuk e \u00e7aktivizon k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 24 or\u00eb p\u00ebrpara p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb periudh\u00ebs aktuale t\u00eb abonimit. Rinovimi automatik mund t\u00eb menaxhohet n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet cil\u00ebsimeve t\u00eb Google Play ose App Store.<\/p><p><strong>3.2. \u00c7mimet dhe taksat<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00c7mimet shfaqen n\u00eb monedh\u00ebn vendase bazuar n\u00eb vendndodhjen e p\u00ebrdoruesit dhe p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb TVSH-n\u00eb aty ku \u00ebsht\u00eb e aplikueshme. Ndryshimet e \u00e7mimeve do t\u00eb njoftohen t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 30 dit\u00eb p\u00ebrpara me email dhe\/ose njoftime push n\u00eb aplikacion.<\/p><p><strong>3.3. Informacioni i pages\u00ebs<\/strong><\/p><p>T\u00eb gjitha pagesat p\u00ebrpunohen nga App Store ose Google Play. P\u00ebr pyetje n\u00eb lidhje me procesin e pages\u00ebs, ju lutemi kontaktoni drejtp\u00ebrdrejt ofruesin e platform\u00ebs tuaj.<\/p><h3>4. Ofrimi i sh\u00ebrbimit<\/h3><p>Sh\u00ebrbimet e blera jan\u00eb t\u00eb disponueshme menj\u00ebher\u00eb pas pages\u00ebs s\u00eb suksesshme.<\/p><h3>5. E drejta e t\u00ebrheqjes dhe rimbursimit<\/h3><p>N\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me Direktiv\u00ebn e BE-s\u00eb 2011\/83\/BE p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat e konsumator\u00ebve, e drejta e t\u00ebrheqjes zbatohet vet\u00ebm p\u00ebrpara fillimit t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimit. Fleksibiliteti i dor\u00ebzimit<\/h3><p>Payback mb\u00ebshtet t\u00eb drejtat e p\u00ebrdoruesve p\u00ebr t\u00eb paraqitur pretendime duke p\u00ebrdorur metoda t\u00eb aksesueshme, si\u00e7 p\u00ebrshkruhet nga <strong>Direktiva 2005\/29\/KE mbi praktikat e padrejta tregtare <\/strong>dhe <strong>Direktiva 2011\/83\/BE mbi t\u00eb drejtat e konsumatorit<\/strong>. P\u00ebrdoruesit mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatisin pretendimet e tyre p\u00ebr dor\u00ebzim p\u00ebrmes emailit, post\u00ebs tradicionale ose metodave t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme. Kompanit\u00eb e transportit nuk mund t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb ligj\u00ebrisht p\u00ebrdorimin ekskluziv t\u00eb portaleve t\u00eb pronarit p\u00ebr paraqitjen e k\u00ebrkesave.<\/p><h3>8. Kufizimi i p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb<\/h3><p>Tilemork AS nuk mban p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi n\u00ebse pretendimet p\u00ebr kompensim t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoruesve miratohen nga kompani transporti ose subjekte t\u00eb tjera. Aplikacioni ndihmon vet\u00ebm n\u00eb vler\u00ebsimin n\u00ebse p\u00ebrdoruesit mund t\u00eb kualifikohen p\u00ebr kompensim bazuar n\u00eb informacionin e dh\u00ebn\u00eb.<\/p><p>Tilemork AS nuk ruan imazhe ose dokumente t\u00eb ngarkuara nga p\u00ebrdoruesit. K\u00ebto u transmetohen drejtp\u00ebrdrejt kompanive apo subjekteve t\u00eb transportit ndaj t\u00eb cilave jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb pretendimet.<\/p><h3>10. Ndryshimet n\u00eb Kushtet<\/h3><p>Tilemork AS rezervon t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn t\u00eb p\u00ebrdit\u00ebsoj\u00eb k\u00ebto terma dhe kushte. P\u00ebrdoruesit do t\u00eb njoftohen p\u00ebr \u00e7do ndryshim n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet emailit dhe\/ose njoftimeve push n\u00eb aplikacion. P\u00ebrdorimi i vazhduesh\u00ebm i aplikacionit pas p\u00ebrdit\u00ebsimeve p\u00ebrb\u00ebn pranim t\u00eb kushteve t\u00eb reja.<\/p><h3>11. Privat\u00ebsia<\/h3><p>I gjith\u00eb p\u00ebrpunimi i t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave personale \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me GDPR. Payback nuk ruan dokumente ose imazhe t\u00eb ngarkuara. P\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb informacion se si ne i p\u00ebrpunojm\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat personale, ju lutemi referojuni politik\u00ebs son\u00eb t\u00eb privat\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/p><h3>12. Zgjidhja e mosmarr\u00ebveshjeve<\/h3><p>\u00c7do mosmarr\u00ebveshje q\u00eb lind n\u00eb lidhje me k\u00ebto kushte do t\u00eb rregullohet nga ligji norvegjez, me Gjykat\u00ebn e Qarkut t\u00eb Oslos si vend ligjor.<\/p><p>Konsumator\u00ebt e BE-s\u00eb mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorin gjithashtu platform\u00ebn e Komisionit t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb p\u00ebr Zgjidhjen e Mosmarr\u00ebveshjeve n\u00eb internet, e disponueshme n\u00eb<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr.<\/a><\/p><h3>13. Variacionet Rajonale<\/h3><p>K\u00ebto kushte mund t\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb ligjeve lokale n\u00eb vendin e banimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoruesit.
